Sadly (or for the best), there really isn't much of a story. Other than, a lot of my friends in college had "cool" nicknames, and I never had one. And for some reason, my 21 year old brain thought 'Juicy' would be a neat nickname to have! (I'm sure this was also around the time that Victoria's Secret had clothes with 'Juicy' on them. So I really wasn't that clever.) :)

First: Let me overthink this is a great title! Story of my life. But also: I would love to read prairie stories!!!
There is a magazine in Australia, a print one that started when all the magazines were closing with social media called Graziher. They share stories of women in remote and rural communities and they provided the money for it to start before they even had advertisers. They have a podcast now. But this is the founder talking about how she started it:
Sometimes a story is just a story. Amen. I loved this story so much. And I’m excited about the juicy story, and to learn more about prairie life! Tell me everything.
I commented the other day on someone's post that I don't care about people writing only in "their niche" - I think engaging writers can write about anything and it'll be a joy to read. Write about all the different aspects of your life and there will be something to learn, ponder on or just plain old enjoy in every piece!
Loved reading this! I am from Atlanta and now live in the small town of Livingston, MT! I am not a rancher by any means but know some families here that are - ya know the kind that have a milking cow and mill the grains they’ve grown 😆 So curious where you are in the state and here for all your stories!
What a big change: Atlanta --> Livingston! Thank you for reading! We are in central Montana, in the literal "middle of nowhere." (We are a little over an hour from Great Falls.) I lived/worked in Bozeman before accidentally falling in love with a farmer. ;) Livingston is a cute town!
Love it! Yes, we were in Bozeman first but really have fallen in love with Livingston. I won’t ever be able to go back to big city life! An hour outside of Great Falls... hence you had a baby in your car 🤣☺️ truly amazing. Excited to continue reading here!
I love the new title and I love this and the direction you're going here with these meandering thoughts. Here's to not trying so hard. <3
Yes to not trying so hard! (Why is it so hard to not try so hard?)
Stacy I’m here for all your stories. Whether motherhood and farming and everything in between. Just keep writing.
Thank you, Kim!
🤣🤣🤣 “Juicy!” Literally just lol’d. But seriously- love your stories and you 💛
I mean, I can't believe it didn't stick.
yes, please tell us this story!!!

Thank you, Bec! I just looked up that magazine, it looks really cool! I'll have to listen to that podcast. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, Dani!
Love this! And I definitely think a story can just be a story! I’d love to know more about your life as it’s so different from mine!
Thanks, Joy!
Here for this. Here for all of it!!!
Thanks, Ashlee.

I love that! I don't know why I get so in my head about what I can/should write about. Then I just don't write. Thanks for commenting and reading!
I can so relate! I overthink all the time too 🙈

Haha, yes! Whoops. Thanks for reading! Sometimes I miss Bozeman, but it's changed a lot in the 10 years I've been gone.
